How do I join?
Java: add play.unstablemc.gg in Multiplayer. Bedrock: add bedrock.unstablemc.gg with port 19132. Console (Xbox, PlayStation, Switch): add PlayUnstableMC as a friend, then join their world from the Friends tab. Full steps are on the How to join page.
Can Java and Bedrock players play together?
Yes. Both join the same server. Bedrock players' names start with . so you can tell them apart.
My store purchase hasn’t arrived. What do I do?
Most purchases arrive within a few minutes, and you may need to be online. If it has been more than 20 minutes, open a support ticket with your username and order details.
Who handles payments? Can I get a refund?
Store sales are processed by PayNow.gg, the store's Merchant of Record. All payments are final and non-refundable, as stated on the store.
Which mods and clients are allowed?
Hacked clients, auto clickers, macros and mods that give an unfair advantage are not allowed (rules 7, 8 and 10). If you are unsure about a mod, ask staff in the Discord before using it.
I was banned. How do I appeal?
Open a support ticket in the Discord, choose the appeal option if there is one, and include your username and the reason shown when you were banned. See Support and appeals.
How do I apply for staff?
Staff applications are open in the Discord. If an application is declined you can apply again after 14 days.
Why was I sent to the lobby?
The main server is restarting or offline. Stay in the lobby and you will be moved back automatically once it is up.
