Support and appeals

All support goes through tickets in our Discord, so staff can keep track of every request.

  1. 1Join the UnstableMC Discord.
  2. 2Go to the tickets channel and open a ticket.
  3. 3Pick the closest category and fill in the details below.

Ban or mute appeal

Include your username, the date, and the reason you were given. Explain what happened in your own words. One appeal per punishment.

Store problem

Include your username and the order details from your PayNow receipt. Wait 20 minutes after buying before reporting a missing package.

Report a player or bug

Include usernames, the time it happened, and screenshots or a video if you have them. Never abuse a bug you found (rule 14).
